Universitas 21 (U21) is a unique global network that brings together world-leading, research-intensive universities across 21 countries who share a common belief in the value of collaboration and internationalisation. Our member-led initiatives and programmes are designed to benefit staff, students and member institutions, through sharing resources, learning together and co-designing solutions to our common challenges.
By connecting like-minded universities, U21 enables our members to achieve more together through a portfolio of activities that connect three core university priorities: student experience, researcher engagement and educational innovation. This unique combination ensures our members remain at the forefront of the latest international developments in higher education.
The U21 3MT competition pits the leading presenters from each U21 member university against one another. Each participating member will hold their own internal 3MT competition to select a local winner who will then be put forward (via video submission) for the U21 final, to be judged by an international panel consisting of industry and academic professionals.
The 2024 People's Choice award voting is now open until 8 January 2025. Winners will be announced on the week commencing 20 January 2025.
